Rules - Chu Shogi is in fact a quite regular form of Chess: pieces capture as they move, and the purpose is to capture the King. No funny rules like castling, double pushes, e.p. capture or stalemate. The complexity only comes from the large number of piece types, but the piece representation here is such that it should be pretty obvious how each piece moves. Almost all pieces can promote when they reach the promotion zone, however. To indicate the promotion piece, use the names: g de sm vm b r dh dk hf se wl wh fs ph kn q ln
